Our commercial kitchen design, planning, installation and project management services, are frequently utilised by architects and developers needing a reliable, informed, specialist team to provide commercial kitchens and bars. Our involvement often starts at the earliest stages even before blueprints are finalised and, with our vast knowledge of commercial kitchen and bar health and safety legislation, this sometimes proves to have an economical and logistical advantage.

At our initial meeting, at whatever stage we are brought in, we take away a clear briefing of what you and your client require. We then produce conceptual drawings, service and equipment specifications and a pricing structure. Once all aspects are fully agreed, we appoint a dedicated Project Manager to look after your project from start to finish.

The Project Manager will attend meetings, effect amendments, order standard and bespoke equipment, liaise with service providers, oversee installation and, finally, arrange commissioning and staff training. This close working relationship ensures that every detail is considered and addressed, that timing is strictly adhered to and that budgetary matters are closely monitored.

Once the kitchen is fully installed and functioning, we can, through our service arm, provide ongoing service and maintenance on whatever basis is required.

  • Staff training and demonstrations
  • Maintaining all warranties once work is complete
